Why I Do This Work
As a woman in tech who built my career across three continents, from North Africa to Europe to North America, I understand what it means to navigate uncertainty and build resilience in spaces where you don't see yourself reflected.
My journey from Software Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, to Product and Responsible AI lead at Microsoft, Air France-KLM, Siemens to now advising 50+ startups globally, taught me a fundamental truth: The most successful transformations happen when cutting-edge technology meets deep human wisdom.
This isn't theoretical for me. I've led AI adoption and Responsible AI initiatives at Microsoft scale, guided founders from emerging markets as they scaled into global markets, and built AI communities across French and Arabic-speaking countries throughout Africa and MENA.
